Brett S. Rosecan, Esq., holds a B.A. and M.S. from the University of Florida, a J.D. and LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law, and is a candidate for an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Prior to joining Smith & Grant, LLP, Mr. Rosecan was associated with boutique trusts and estates firms in Palm Beach, Florida, and Washington, D.C. While studying at Georgetown University, Mr. Rosecan served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Albert Lauber of the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Rosecan is admitted to practice law in Florida and Washington, D.C., and is a member of those bar associations, as well as the American Bar Association.
Mr. Rosecan lives in Greenwich, Connecticut.
